We have extensively worked with many Foundry (S/Steel, CI, Grey Cast Iron, Aluminium, Special Grades) for their Pattern Designs, Yield Optimization and Process Management. We have designed Patterns for parts weighing from 100gm to 15 Tons in Single Pouring. We employ state of the art ProCAST software by analysis of Patterns including Flow Analysis, Thermal Analysis, Stresses etc.

CAD is the use of computer technology for design and design documentation. CAD/CAM applications are used to both design a product and program manufacturing processes, specifically, CNC machining. CAM software uses the models and assemblies created in CAD software to generate tool paths that drive the machines that turn the designs into physical parts.
